Next Generation’s UCM-1 3.5kW generator is one of the most compact, lightest and efficient generators of it’s kind. Perfect for small spaces on your power or sailboat.
Operating at a unique mid-speed of 2800rpm provides low sound and vibration levels, while extending this generator’s lifespan. This is made possible by the rigid engine to generator attaching plate, combined with a state-of-the-art helical style timing drive system, providing an AC output of 60Hz.
Equipped with fully fresh water marinated 7 hp Kubota diesel engine for trouble-free operation. Average fuel consumption to just 2/10 GPH. This engine uses a horizontal design, making this generator the lowest profile on the market.
While most generators of this size can’t run air conditioners and motors due to their low horsepower, this generator uses a heavy duty 5.0KVA generator end, allowing connection to easy starts for air conditioners (up to 16,000 BTUs) and motors.
Available in standard version for diesel vessels, or Ignition Protection Certified version for gasoline powered vessels.
